Thank you for selecting Hedonism III as a prospective wedding spot and as the premier place to begin your life together.  We are proud to offer Hedonism III as the perfect place to begin your life together.

Weddings are available Monday – Saturday, 10 A.M. – 4 P.M. and must be booked in advance.  Please call our Sales Department at 1-800-GO-SUPER, extension.6641

You may Exchange or Renew your vows beneath our Sunset Gazebo overlooking the magnificent Caribbean Sea.  Or, you can choose to be married by our Country Walk Gazebo surrounded by lush gardens.  And, if these don't meet with your desires, you can pick from any location of your choice on the Hedonism III property.  Wherever you choose, it will be perfect.  An experience once touched only by a dream will now be your very reality.  It is our delight to stage it and, with the information provided by you, and some minor requirements on your side, we will make this occasion all you have dreamed it will be.

• 48 hours residence
• Wedding must take place on the premises of Hedonism III
• Complimentary Weddings/Renewals require a 3 night minimum paid reservation
• Non-refundable Government fee - $200.00/Wedding, $150.00/Vow Renewal - to be paid within 10 days of making the booking.
• Bookings made within 21 days of arrival are subject to $150.00 late fee
• Notarized photocopies or Certified copies of both birth certificates
• If divorced, notarized photocopy/copies of the final divorce decree(s)
• If widowed, notarized photocopy/copies of the death certificate for deceased spouse
• A blood test is NOT required.

Notarized documents must be sent to the resort 21 days prior to clients’ arrival with the Wedding Couples Information form to the attention of the Wedding Coordinator.  Please note documents should be sent by one of the following courier service (DHL / FED-EX / UPS) 

Weddings are only performed on the premises of Hedonism III.  You are required to be on the Hotel grounds 48 hours prior to the ceremony, for it to be performed. 

Please do not send your original documents, only notarized copies are required.  Kindly forward same at least four (4) - 6 weeks in advance of the wedding day. All required documents sent to the hotel, MUST have be notarized / certified by a notary public, and the notarization / certification must be visible.  Faxed documents are not acceptable.  However, we request that you please return via fax, the Wedding Reservation Form with your photo / video selection, photo release form, additional flower request and copies of the documents you are forwarding via an express courier service.

Documents should be copied and then notarized.  Do NOT copy documents after they are notarized, ONLY notarized copies of documents should be sent.  Faxed documents are not accepted, they should be sent via an express courier service such as DHL or Federal Express.

Please bring your original documents with you when you come to Jamaica, since they may be needed upon request. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Your marriage will be honored as legal worldwide.

You will receive a copy of your marriage certificate approximately 12 - 16 weeks after your wedding.

Guests attending the wedding (or vows renewal) who are not staying at Hedonism III must purchase a wedding pass. 

Additional charges may apply depending upon the size of the party, type of reception, etc.  These arrangements must be made in advance with the wedding coordinator at Hedonism III.  If you book ten (10) paying double occupancy rooms or more, you are entitled to a group rate.  Please contact our Sales Department for more information at telephone 876-973-4100 or by e-mail.

The ceremony lasts 10-15 minutes, followed by the signing of the marriage certificate.  You will then proceed to a complete reception, with cake and house champagne.  Total time is approximately one hour.  Time may vary according to your requirements.

Rental of Gowns and Tuxedos are NOT available at Hedonism III.

Weddings are conducted between the hours of 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mondays - Saturdays only. 

Any correspondence regarding weddings and renewals of vows must include names of both Bride and Groom, and state the date and time of the ceremony. 

Wedding location will be finalized upon arrival.  Please contact wedding coordinator upon arrival at Hedonism III. 

Payment for the photographer and videographer is payable upon arrival by either cash, visa card or master card, American Express and Travelers check.

Certified copies of the marriage certificates will be mailed to the clients approximately 12 -16 weeks counting from the ENDING of the month in which they were married.  Clients will be presented with a TEMPORARY COPY of their certificate after their wedding ceremony.  An express service for marriage certificates is now offered to the clients as an option.  The cost is US$50, paid the day before the wedding and, counting from the wedding date,  the certified copy will be mailed three weeks later

Failure to comply with any of the above will delay the processing of the wedding papers, which may force us to cancel or reschedule the wedding.

If the date or time which you had requested is unavailable, we will inform you via return e-mail, telephone.  In addition, we will inform you of the dates and times which we have available.  In these instances, it is very important that you respond within 24 hours.  We will reserve the date or time which most closely corresponds with the date or time which you had requested, while we await your response -- but we must have a response within 24 hours.

Additional charges may apply depending upon the size of your party, type of reception, etc.. These arrangements must be made in advance with the wedding coordinator at the resort.
• You are entitled to a group rate if you book ten (10) paying double occupancy rooms or more.  Please call our Group Department for more information at 1-800-GO-SUPER ext. 6632.
